We are in the process of obtaining global water certification to demonstrate our compliance with these standards, ensuring our water usage is both efficient and environmentally conscious.

Ensuring that our impact on the environment remains as minimal as possible, SAHARA is actively investing in a solar energy plant to power our facility, aligning with our vision of transitioning towards renewable energy in 2025. Reducing our carbon footprint also supports global efforts to combat climate change.

Our factory, prioritizes sustainable waste management to minimize our environmental impact. By focusing on efficient recycling and responsible disposal, we ensure that byproducts are managed effectively. Our commitment to reducing waste supports a healthier planet while delivering high-quality orange juice concentrate to our customers.

Agriculture and its value chain is known as one of the most hazardous industries, we are committed to our staff in implementing a charter of basic rights i.e. the right to know information that could affect their health and safety; the right to participate in health and safety decisions in the workplace; and the right to refuse work that they feel is unsafe.

We have a series of core policies that outline our commitment to human rights and explicitly prohibit the use of forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking in our value chain. Our aim is to continue to educate and build awareness on all stakeholder levels whilst seeking to collaborate with local and global gatekeepers in 2025.

Committed to biodiversity, we are in the process of developing a long term framework of collaborating with farmers and promoting tangible benefits for adopting clean agriculture  methods. Our goal is to build awareness to minimise agricultural chemicals and pesticides, restore the earth, and strengthen farming communities.
